HTS has just created and printed a great bespoke project for a school and it looked fantastic.

The only artwork we had was a school tie that the client sent us, we then created several versions of a vertical stripe in the school colours and submitted artwork for approval.

Once the artwork was approved we printed a few hundred metres on different substrates. The seating fabric was printed on our polyester bonded waterproof fabric and the curtains and cushions where printed on our polyester satin. Both these fabrics are inherently flame retardant so they pass all required FR regulations.

This is a great example to demonstrate that by using our design studio combined with our digitally fabric printing you can create a completely bespoke furnishing project. The project was completed in three weeks.

HTS now has an open range of screens to offer free to our customers. The collection has over 1000 x designs and range from 1-4 colours. The design collection contains a vast range of designs from spots, stripes, ginghams, checks and children’s designs.

Our experience in reproducing archive documents was crucial in this contract. We printed several designs across hundreds of flags for the battle scenes and then reproduced the designs onto massive fabric draped banners for castle scenes.

Warner Brothers expressed how great it was to work with an experienced textile company who know about fabric and how it performs rather than a graphics company. The fact we could offer a range of fabrics with different finishes such as making all the fabrics flame retardant was also an advantage.

It was a big contract and it had to be produced under a tight timescale and the results where fantastic. HTS is now proud to announce that we are a supplier to the film industry, Hollywood here we come!

HTS are now producing bespoke colour matched cushions, this is a great way to promote your company if you have a certain look or colour that customer’s link with your brand.

HTS can now offer a full custom print and manufacture service for napkins. The napkins are printed digitally so you can have as many colours as you want or a photographic image.

These are ideal for corporate events and weddings, if you want a really nice cost effective way of making a personal statement at an event our napkins are perfect.

We digitally printed a 2 x sided 60cm x60cm cushion on a cotton panama fabric featuring the video game cover.
