Great example of how to create a great looking branded cushion. Digital fabric printing is perfect for printing high quality photographic images on fabric and keeping all the detail.
For this cushion the client has used both aspects of digital printing to create a totally bespoke cushion. High quality image for the cushion front and then an exact match to the company’s corporate colours with their strap line for the cushion reverse.
The cushions have been printed on high quality poly cotton so you get great print quality with a lovely soft feeling cushion. We have finished this cushion off with a white zip to pick up the white in the design but you can have any colour you want.

I have posted this blog because lots of new customers are not aware of how we print our cushion covers. We are bulk digital printers and we print cushion covers fronts on the roll as per the examples attached.
Some cushion printers print on pre manufactured cushion covers and although this is suitable for some markets it does have restrictions in the fact you cannot print edge to edge and you have to have plain fabric for the cushion reverse.
HTS can offer a fully bespoke printing and manufacturing service with the main advantage you can everything printed and manufactured by one company. We also have a great deal of experience and can offer you any bespoke option you might require. HTS has a massive range of fabrics to choose from both the cushions fronts and backs. We offer three standard sizes but can quote on bespoke sizes and both feather and polyester fillers are available.

HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM HTS
Happy New Year, wishing all our customers and suppliers a happy, healthy and successful 2018. Thank you for continued support and business throughout 2017 we really appreciate it.
There will be new products for 2018 and we hope by keeping most of our prices at last year’s rates this will encourage our growing customer base to place new orders in 2018. New fabric collections will be available in both natural and manmade fabrics, some of the fabrics are now in stock and we will be posting details about these.
Our new department is now up and running concentrating on bespoke printed manufactured products allowing our customers to create unique home-ware ranges and we have invested in new equipment allowing us to give better delivery dates at competitive prices.

Great set of printed cushions, really good example of how digital printing can allow you to put a design collection together mixing different colour themes and as long as the prints are on the same fabric we are happy to offer a bulk print and manufacturing price. They have been printed direct from the customers design files and if you want an exact colour match it always better to separate the colours and supply TPX pantone references. If you can do this then great but our in house design studio can offer colour separation and re-colouring of designs.
The designs have been printed on a 309gsm panama and have been backed with HTS black backing, black piping and finished off with nice plump feather filler.
