PROMOTIONAL PRINTED BRANDED CUSHIONS

This is a great collection of branded cushions we have printed over the last few weeks. This market has really grown over the past couple of years with companies seeing it as a very cost effective way of promoting their brand. We use customer’s logos and pantone match exactly to the branded colours that make their brands so recognisable.

These designs have all been printed two sided, filled with a polyester filler, colour matched zip at the cushion base and are printed on a very durable satin fabric to give the cushion a very luxurious feel. Customers use them for office receptions, exhibitions and promotional events.

HTS are now offering the following cushion sizes, Envelope 18” x 14” 458mm x 356mm – Square 18” x 18” 457mm x 457mm – Square 24” x 24” 610mm x610mm. We are holding stock of both feather and polyester fillers. You can have a bespoke print digitally printed for the front and matched with one of our plain fabrics for the cushion reverse. The prints are available in cotton, linen and if required for contract use we can supply them in flame retardant synthetic fabrics. PRINT YOUR OWN DESIGNS ON CUSHIONS

Great set of printed cushions, really good example of how digital printing can allow you to put a design collection together mixing different colour themes and as long as the prints are on the same fabric we are happy to offer a bulk print and manufacturing price. They have been printed direct from the customers design files and if you want an exact colour match it always better to separate the colours and supply TPX pantone references. If you can do this then great but our in house design studio can offer colour separation and re-colouring of designs.

The designs have been printed on a 309gsm panama and have been backed with HTS black backing, black piping and finished off with nice plump feather filler.

Branded Colour Matched Cushions

This customer read about the bespoke cushion prints that we did for ITV http://www.htsprint.co.uk/blog/date/2013/02/ and this inspired them to come up with the attached cushion range.

We took the company’s logo and then individually printed the cushion backs to match the customers exact colour requirements.

The cushions were printed on HTS exclusive poly/cotton, this is a fabric we have had woven especially for our cushion orders and allows us to print full colour cushion backs whilst the fabric maintains a very soft luxurious feel.

This is another great example of how you can create a totally bespoke cushion collection for promotional use or home interiors.

Bespoke Branded ITV Cushions

New printed cushion range for ITV Studios. This is a great example of how digital fabric printing allows our customers to create a completely bespoke cushion range. The designer has picked the colour from within the ITV logo and we then match this colour and print the cushion back, giving you a printed cushion front and back. The cushion was finished with a zip at the base and hollow fibre filler.

Branded cushions are becoming very popular with lots of big name companies because they are a great way to advertise their brand. They are being used at special one off events such as exhibitions to brighten up their stands and when companies have hundreds of outlets they also use cushions in their receptions and offices.

Digitally Printed Promotional Cushions

By combining our digital printing unit and our sewing facility we can offer a unique way to promote your company or advertise a product.

We recently completed a large order for The Delta Group who specialise in work for the film and gaming industry. We digitally printed a 2 x sided 60cm x60cm cushion on a cotton panama fabric featuring the video game cover.

We can print any image and manufacture any size cushion. You can choose a fabric from our own fabric collection which contains cotton and flame retardant fabrics.

BESPOKE BRANDED CUSHIONS FOR CHANNEL 4

We have just completed this bespoke cushion collection for Channel 4 advertising all their different channels. This is now the second bespoke print and make up collection we have done for a television company, last year we produced the very successful ITV range www.htsprint.co.uk/blog/date/2013/02/

The cushions had a printed front with a plain reverse that is exactly colour matched to the background colour on the front of the cushion. It is printed on our new satin fabric which is fully flame retardant and is part of our new fabric collection for 2014. The cushions were nicely finished with black zips and filled with polyester filler, which was all supplied by HTS.

Lots of brands are now using cushions and digital printing to advertise their companies so if it’s good enough for big brands like Virgin, ITV and Channel 4 it’s good enough for you. Custom Printed Napkins

HTS can now offer a full custom print and manufacture service for napkins. The napkins are printed digitally so you can have as many colours as you want or a photographic image.

These are ideal for corporate events and weddings, if you want a really nice cost effective way of making a personal statement at an event our napkins are perfect.

We recently completed a project for The Edinburgh Dungeons where they wanted to invite customers to Sawney Bean Cave of The Cannibals and get their message across that things will get messy, they looked great.
