NEW WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS FOR 2015

Friday, February 2nd, 2018

Hello everyone and a belated Happy New Year, wishing all our customers and suppliers a happy healthy and successful 2015.

We have not updated the blog since last year because we have been creating our new website, and anyone who has done this will know what a tricky process this is. HTS would like to say a big thank you to Steve @ Fish designs for all his patience and for doing a great job.

If you visit the website www.htsprint.co.uk you will see all the new products we are offering and the main advantage being that we are now a printer and a manufacturer. This gives our customers exactly what they have been asking us for – a one stop shop for printed products!

New products are digital or screen printed tea towels on different base cloths, aprons, double oven gloves in different styles, napkins, table linen including runners, make up bags and AGA covers.

These new products sit alongside our very successful existing services which can all be found on the new website.
We now have a news feature on the website and we will try and update this as often as we can as well as still posting our blog, Facebook and Twitter sites.

If you would like any information or pricelists please drop us a line to info@htsprint.co.uk or give us a call on 0800 239 6681, look forward to hearing from you.

CUSTOM CUSHION PRINTING

Saturday, January 13th, 2018

We have posted this blog to show a really good example of a design that is perfect for digital printing, this design has so many different colours and such a high level of detail that it would be impossible to print this any other way than digitally. The artist has professionally photographed their appliqué work and then edited the files to prepare them for printing. The feedback we have had back is that the prints are a really good interpretation of the original. The design has been printed on our 309 panama, backed with the same plain fabric and filled with our feather fillers to give it that extra finish.

Digital fabric printing allows customers to print as many colours as they want and there is no extra charge for this. The design repeat does not have to fit into a screen circumference. More and more companies are now switching to digital fabric printing because of the amount of designs and colour ways you can produce in one print run. With our bespoke cushion printing service you can print as many designs as you require in one print run and as long as they are on the same fabric you can have the bulk cheaper prices.

If you would like more details of our bespoke fabric and manufacturing services and would like to request swatches of our bespoke fabric collection then drop us a line to info@htsprint.co.uk You can visit our website at www.htsprint.co.uk or give us a call on 0800 234 6686 to speak to one of our team.

Printing Designs On Fabric

Tuesday, December 5th, 2017

HTS are very proud to announce that we are now printing for The National Trust. We were approached by them to see if we could reproduce an archive fabric for a property they were in the process of restoring back to its former appearance. The original design was photographed by The National Trust and supplied to us in a digital format. We then printed this on a heavy weight cotton satin fabric and it matched the original exactly which is amazing because the original design was a weave. For more information on our digital fabric printing service visit www.htsprint.co.uk or send an email to info@htsprint.co.uk or call us on 0800 234 6686.

Bespoke Printed Cushions

Sunday, December 3rd, 2017

Good example of how digital printing can reproduce painted artworks to a really high standard when transferring the image from artwork to printed fabric. This is part of a much larger collection and they all look fantastic. Digital print on heavy weight panama fabric for the front backed with really nice cotton black backing fabric and finished with black piping to give the cushion that extra finish. The artist has also added their signature to the work which gives a very nice personal touch to the cushion. If you would like details on this range or more information on our printing and manufacturing services please visit www.htsprint.co.uk“>www.htsprint.co.uk or send an email to info@htsprint.co.uk or call us on 0800 234 6686.

Oil Cloth Coated Digital Prints

Thursday, October 19th, 2017

Here are some nice examples of coated digitally printed fabrics. Oil cloth is still really popular and we can offer both a polish and matt finish. We have a minimum order of 10 x metres on our coating line but you can put more than one design on your print as long as it’s on the same fabric. Cotton ½ panama and cotton satin are the two best fabrics for coating and they can be used for so many different end uses. For more information visit www.htsprint.co.uk or send an email to info@htsprint.co.uk or call us on 0800 234 6686.

PRINTED ENVELOPE SIZE CUSHIONS

Saturday, October 14th, 2017

Printed envelope cushions are now proving to one of our most popular cushions, the standard size of our cushions are 457mm x 356mm, 18inchs x 14inchs, but we can make bespoke sizes but this cushion size is the most economical to produce. We have both polyester and feather fillers available in this size. Lots of designs just don’t work in a square repeat, or are difficult to set out and this cushion size allows you to design in landscape.

I have attached some images of a collection we have just printed and manufactured and we all agree at HTS this collection simply looks fantastic. The designer has been very clever when creating the collection allowing the background of the design to be the fabric colour and this has really worked well with our two new linen fabrics in both natural and bleached finish. The cushions have a printed front using the same fabric as the cushion reverse and filled with a feather filler.

If you would like more information on our bespoke printing and manufacturing services or any of our design services please drop us a line at info@htsprint.co.uk ring on 0800 234 6686 or visit our website www.htsprint.co.uk

Fabric Printing

Thursday, September 14th, 2017

This is a really great example of how digital printing can be used in both the theatre and film industry. This design was created for RCM London who required a design creating, colouring and then printing from one photograph, which is displayed here. Our design team worked from this and then created a new artwork and then colour matched it to the small photograph. The customer approved the design and we then printed the order on the roll from which they manufactured their garments. For more information visit www.htsprint.co.uk or send an email to info@htsprint.co.uk or call us on 0800 234 6686.

Digitally Printed Linen Cushions

Sunday, August 20th, 2017

Digitally printed cushions fronts with plain black cotton backing fabric and finished off with black piping. Two sizes printed 45cm x 45cm and 61cm x 61cm and all cushions have feather fillers. Fabric by the metre was also printing to match the cushions. Our new linen is proving to be a big hit in both natural and bleached finishes.

Custom Fabric Printing

Wednesday, August 16th, 2017

Good example of how digital printing on fabric can work. Lots of designers like to use woven fabrics for fashion and furnishings, but when you are looking for a design in a bespoke colour but you only require a relatively small amount it is not cost effective to set up looms to weave a small order. You can use CAD software to create your very own tartan or check and print it in the exact colours you require. We have also worked on antique swatches of fabric to re create designs that were woven hundreds of years ago. The real advantage is that once you have created the weave you can print it on any fabric from our bespoke collection. For more information visit www.htsprint.co.uk or send an email to info@htsprint.co.uk or call us on 0800 234 6686.
