Branded Colour Matched Cushions

Wednesday, July 5th, 2017

This customer read about the bespoke cushion prints that we did for ITV http://www.htsprint.co.uk/blog/date/2013/02/ and this inspired them to come up with the attached cushion range.

We took the company’s logo and then individually printed the cushion backs to match the customers exact colour requirements.

The cushions were printed on HTS exclusive poly/cotton, this is a fabric we have had woven especially for our cushion orders and allows us to print full colour cushion backs whilst the fabric maintains a very soft luxurious feel.

This is another great example of how you can create a totally bespoke cushion collection for promotional use or home interiors.

Digitally Printed Cotton Fabric

Saturday, May 20th, 2017

Have a look at these images of a new print we have just done to show how digital printing can allow designers to create tight fitting small design repeats with detail. This design could have been flat bed or rotary screen print but the print mark of the design on the fabric would not have been as sharp as it is and that’s why it was a perfect print for digital.

It’s been printed for a London fashion house, one of three designs where digital printing has allowed them to print in different colourways. The design was printed on really nice cotton and was then oil cloth coated because part of the print is being made into shoes.

It’s a good example of showing how you can place several designs together with HTS and as long as they are on the same fabric you can obtain a lower print price.

We now have new fabrics added to our bespoke fabric collection and we can offer both pigment and reactive printing on cottons. If you would like to use silk or a man made synthetic fabric we can also offer you printing on these fabrics. So whatever your print requirements we have them covered. Please visit www.htsprint.co.uk for more details or give one of our team a ring on 0800 234 6686.

HTS Printing For Walt Disney Ltd

Saturday, February 18th, 2017

HTS Print and Design Ltd are very proud to announce that we have just printed a range of cushions, children’s bedding and cot bumpers for Walt Disney Limited. The cushions have been printed on both sides on cotton satin from our fabric range. The bedding and bumpers have both been printed on our cotton sateen also from our fabric range.

The designs were supplied by Disney’s studio in London and our studio then matched all the colours to the original artwork.

This is another large company with a long history of printing feeling confident to place their work with HTS and they have been very complimentary about the quality of our printing. To see who else we print for please visit http://www.jackthegiantkiller.warnerbros.com

Our experience in reproducing archive documents was crucial in this contract. We printed several designs across hundreds of flags for the battle scenes and then reproduced the designs onto massive fabric draped banners for castle scenes.

Warner Brothers expressed how great it was to work with an experienced textile company who know about fabric and how it performs rather than a graphics company. The fact we could offer a range of fabrics with different finishes such as making all the fabrics flame retardant was also an advantage.

It was a big contract and it had to be produced under a tight timescale and the results where fantastic. HTS is now proud to announce that we are a supplier to the film industry, Hollywood here we come!
